I didn't have a great experience with this hotel. I paid for 8 nights and I left on the 2nd night. Staff are helpful but most of them can't speak English. Don't expect there are always someone at the counter. I had to go back for 3 times for checkout because there was no one at the reception desk. I also didn't know I could scan the barcode for checkout on my room door. Everyone can take the elevator without using the password. I moved to other hotel nearby and it required to enter password to take the elevator.

숙소는 정말 좋습니다. 청결하고 넓고 요리도 할 수 있으며 되게 조용합니다. 스태프분도 굉장히 친절합니다. 오에도 선이 바로 옆인데 저는 오에도선쪽에 가고싶은 카페들이 있어서 많이 이용했습니다. 우에노역이 걸어서 10분 정도라서 번화가 위주로 돌아보려는 분들도 나쁘지 않을 듯 합니다. 대신 주변에 음식점도 스키야 하나고 가까운 곳에 편의점은 있으나 물건이 별로 없습니다

入住時還好櫃臺有人在，協助之下才完成手續！房間內洗衣烘衣機太方便了，連洗衣精都有準備。 廚房工具洗碗精該有的都有..自己煮很方便！ 旁邊的商店街採買也方便，周邊400M內有2間超市！ 乾燥的東京..還好房間內也有加濕器（要自己加水）可以讓鼻子舒服一點.. 如太早到飯店，旁邊地鐵B1F A3出口有大型置物櫃可寄放行李箱。 就是住房期間要自己打掃（有一台吸塵器） 退房時在房門上拍照QR Code上傳即可很方便..！7-11商店那邊有電梯下地鐵站，大行李箱可以由那邊進出！

とても綺麗なお部屋で、他の宿泊者の環境音等も気になることなく、子どもたちを含め楽しく過ごさせていただきました。 お部屋の設備が充実していて、キッチンと備品、ダイニングがあること、和室があることで過ごし方の幅が広がりました。 また利用させていただきたいです。
