"Positives: 1\] Staff - great hospitality, i.e., very welcoming & helpful. 2\] Room - very clean & functional with nice amenities, e.g., Safe, hot water pot, bathroom amenities. etc. 3\] On premise laundry facility - very clean, secure access (room card access), natural lighting & spacious for performing other activities while waiting, microwave in facility, vending machines located right outside. 4\] Exercise room - basic equipment, e.g., treadmill, conveniently located right next to the laundry facility, secure access, vending machines located right outside. 5\] Location - great location. 2 minute walk to Kawasaki JR station, 3 minute walk to shopping malls & dining, etc., 6\] Proximity to Haneda Airport - 6 short stops from the airport. Taxis are always an alternative transportation option but not as economical as a train. Downside: 1\] No free hotel / airport shuttle service. It's not truly a downside, but more of a convenience for travelers who aren't comfortable with taking the train or families traveling with lots of luggage. "
