What i cannot recommend is the breakfast option. The restaurant staff were fatigued by the number of foreign visitors. When i asked for a condiment, to have it become a subject of derision the staff spoke to one another about was not good. I may choose not to speak japanese but i do understand what is said. The room cleanliness is great and top notch. Good range of amenities to choose from. There’s a detailed instruction to navigate to the hotel for first time travellers, and an alternative path with direct access to Yokohama Station B1 from NEWoMan level 3 if bringing luggages.
