"Amazing shout out to the staff that was on the shift when me and my family checked in. There was some error (not sure whether was my part or expedia booking system) that for some reason there were exactly two identical bookings but the staff helped me contact expedia and to cancel/refund. When I checked out they informed me (same staff by the way long shift!) that they put the case in for me. Hotel was great with their breakfast and cleanness.
