Overall the location is great literally 3 mins from station, there's 2 convenience stores, and a grocery store. It was 13 mins from Haneda Airport. There was a bit of confusion initially because I needed to do early bag drop off. I didn't get full address and map until after I was dropped off at address on web which is actually the top of the street.
