Location was great, quiet and near convenience stores and restaurants. It is about a 20-minute Uber or commute to Shibuya. The property has all the amenities you will need for basic stay, like laundry and kitchen utensils + microwave and such. We were here for 3 days and had a great stay.

Had a good stay and location was great. Close to grocery and transit. Loved that I had the kitchenette. Very convenient, especially with kids. The balcony was not the cleanest and when the garbage was full inside, it had to go in a bin on the balcony, which smelled with the heat. Cant sit out there after that. Overall was happy with my stay and would stay there again.

For a first timer, I like the property very much in terms of proximity to the train station and convenient stores. The property is very clean and for the price I paid, it is just right.

The room was very clean and they even let us in a little earlier than our check in time which was super sweet! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want something close to both shinjuku or shibuya:)

We spent four night here and the room and amenities were very clean and well located. A very short level walk to nearest station and short train ride to Shinjuku. Very easy to get around from here. The room was ideal for our family of four and we would stay here again when visiting Tokyo. Lovely quiet neighbourhood with local food options across street and nearby.

This was no frills place to stay while in Tokyo. It was a good location close to a train station and bus stop. Highly recommended. Note you have to climb a short flight of stairs to get to the elevator.

Google can give problematic directions from the hotel location but if you use the nearest station, Nakano Fujimicho, then its a quick train ride anywhere. Property overall was decent and the price was excellent especially if you are traveling with family. Would stay here again.

My family and I stayed for a whole week here and it was amazing they responded to my requests super fast, it was spacious for a family of five. The bus stop is across the street so it was great for travel to the main places like Shibuya. We enjoyed our time there excellent place for a family of five or even for single people

This was our least favourite place to stay in Japan. We stayed in 6 different hotels and airbnbs. First of all the pictures were probably enhanced with AI because the room doesn’t look like it. The furniture could have been in better condition. There were stains on the wall, bathroom didn’t look perfectly clean. It only had shampoo, body wash and conditioner, no hand soap. The instructions for laundry machine and other appliances could have been more clear and specific. Also, the entrance is not accessible, there are at least 7 steps and since we travel with an elder person this was somehow inconvenient. The communication was great! And the location was also convenient!

The room is big enough for a family of 5. Location is good - only one bus ride to Shibuya. I am happy with the amenities. It would have been nice if a dryer is included but I am not complaining. Smooth check in and check out process. Definitely recommended.

4th time visiting Tokyo, first time with family. All communication was via email, but the were very quick to reply. The information given in the binders were sufficient for us to handle AC units, washers and dryers. The accommodation space was great and had all facilities for 2 adults and 3 kids for a 15 day stay. Bus stop was just outside for a lines to Nakano, Shibuya and Shinjuku. 10 min walk to the tokyo marunouchi line. Overall we are satisfied but there was a few things. The apartment felt more worn than anticipated, beds were hard, which was ok for most of us, and the pillows were like small ball sacks, with no other options. I would consider this next time as well when visiting Tokyo again.

We loved staying at this apartment! The room was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. The washing machine was a great perk, and the location was super convenient with mini markets and a train station nearby. A huge thank you for going the extra mile to return the charger cable I left behind - that was so thoughtful! We highly recommend this accommodation!
