Very nice staff. Room was very spacious for Japanese standards. Would highly recommend. Close enough to Sapporo Station and walking distance to Odori, Susukino, and Nijo Market.

The downtown area is very walkable; good amenities nearby and the streets are laid out in a grid (which makes it easy to navigate). There was a decent amount of park space and most of the buildings are shorter, so it did not feel like a Metropolis.
Clean and busy area with lots of local dining and shopping.

The hotel lobby smelled strongly of cigarettes. The laundry room is attached to the smoking room. Our clothes came out of the dryer smelling like cigarettes.
