"The hotel is within walking distance to attractions, food & shopping. Our room had a perfect view of the Sapporo Tower & Odori Park. The room is well-designed to feel decently spacious, not the usual cramped feel of many city hotels. Very big bathroom with separate shower & bathtub. Comfortable lounge at level 2 & there is also a nice roof terrace. Overall clean & new feel. Only complaint is that the wooden cups provided in the room have developed a black line at the bottom where the pieces were joined, so a bit uncomfortable with drinking from them. "

"Wonderful hotel and staff. Very classy. The facilities and rooms were well maintained. There were vending machines, coin operated washers and dryers, and a Family Mart (combini) right next door. And then there’s the onsen (public bath) - separated by gender. Very rewarding experience. Clean and very relaxing. Plan on staying at this chain again whenever I come to Sapporo or Shinjuku…"
