Granted I speak some Japanese and understand a good deal more (I lived here for 3 years but it was 7 years ago so my speaking is very rusty). But I was sort of a problem guest ,(I spilled a latte on my bed when packing, for example). But mainly they were VERY helpful when my Taq-u-bin didn't arrive. It was at the other Quintessenta a few blocks away. They helped track it down and then went to the other hotel to get it for me. The rooms are also a little bigger than an APA which is nice. Also the spa is lovely and the bath salts are a lot of fun. One thing to know: you may find people don't know this hotel exists and they drive you to or deliver luggage to the other one which is a short walk away. We had to be creative to find space for our 5 luggages. Breakfast is nice if included; however, I wouldn't pay extra 2000 yen for it. Laundry was nice.
