On a 5 star scale this apartment was a 10. Pinnacle of luxury with a true lake-front onsen and sauna, incredible views. They had thought of everything that we might need, including drinks and snacks. What an amazing property. Would love to stay here again and 100% highly recommend!
Amazing view from the property, great size and facilities with free food and booze in the fridge! Sadly let down by a poorly sign posted entrance (had to walk a complete circuit in the dark to find it) and then unmanned reception which seemed to take forever and couldn't connect to the verification process so ended up giving up.
Room had everything we needed and was a perfect spot to stop and refresh ourselves after Tokyo. There were lots of thoughtful touches and amenities, the hot spring was perfect and the Fuji views were incredible. Lots of nice goodies in the fridge too and a good location to explore the Hakone area.
The property was quiet and peaceful. We love the private onsen with the open windows facing the garden. The facility had everything you need as a home and complementary drinks and snacks were loaded. However, we couldn't pre-checkin on our phone and it was slow when we check-in on the tab in the room. The 7-eleven next door was convenient and there were lots of shops around the area, but they do seem to close early. There were great scenic spots close by. Overall, this is such a beautiful hotel.
Genuinely one of my favorite stays. The view was incredible. The morning of our stay, we wake up walk out to the slider and have an amazing view of a calm lake with mt Fuji in the background. The appliances and projector were of great quality, and the private onsen/sauna combo was perfect. Would stay again next time we are in tokyo.

5 star hotel with 1 star service. There are no humans at this hotel, you check in using an iPad and they are extremely inflexible and unhelpful for things like dropping bags off so you can go and enjoy the day in Hakone. Aside from the service and terrible check in process the hotel was fantastic with unbelievable views and a great onsen in the room.
The place was amazing and clean. The private onsen in the room was an added bonus. Will stay again if I’m ever in the area.
If you’re looking for night life, this isn’t the place as it’s remote and everything is closed by 18:00.
It was absolutely fantastic. There was a more around it than we thought with a few restaurants and a 24/7 7 eleven. The property itself is probably the best we’ve ever stayed in - the views when Mt Fuji came out from behind the clouds were really spectacular, and you can see the view from the private onsen.
Apart from the check-in process, everything was perfect. This is a self check-in, although I had issues, there is a contact number and they were super helpful.

Location is exceptional. Check in is quick and easy. Clean and modern design. Love it.
Such an amazing place to stay and just as it looks online. We got an amazing view of Mount Fuji both days we stayed! It was also great to start the loop from here with the pirate ship as it was much less crowded than the opposite way. The in-room onsen was amazing and dreamy! Lovely clean place and 7/11 close by. Only cons were confusing check in process via a tablet and the dryer taking forever, and not working well. But would definitely stay again.

Our favorite stay during our 2 week Japan trip. Incredible amenities (hot spring, sauna, heated floors, projector), amazing views of Hakone Shrine and Fuji, and a smooth check-in process. The bus stop, 7/11, and pirate ship dock are a 2-min walk away and were incredibly convenient.

The view gets 10 out of 10 but no humans on perimeter means you can’t ask someone whether your room had dinner included, no one answered when messaged and check in isn’t as simple as usually.. you had to submit pictures of each guest, take a picture of QR code , then when entered the room have to check in via video call ( personal aren’t Japanese, so I am worried about all our passport details being forwarded through people of foreign countries), they then want to see each guest’s face to match the passports. Very weird
Room was clean, saw Mt.Fuji from our balcony. Had snacks provided ( in the fridge) and few drinks which was nice but not sure it was worth what we paid per night. Other hotels priced 1/2 of that and when you are out walking you get the same view. So not regretting but probably won’t be back

We had a very nice stay. The shower, the sauna and private onsen made our day. We wash our clothes and took time to have a pretty nice family time. The view was espectacular saw Mount Fuji the whole day! It is easy to check in and check out, although the check out time is early (10am). We should’ve reserved one more night to stay longer :) late check out is not available. Beds and bathroom are very comfortable. Near the town so there is plenty of small restaurants to eat.. at 3-8’ walk ..Also a 7eleven is at 3’ walk.
Beautiful accomodation. Is a little out of the e way and hard to get to from Odawara station with a long bus ride to get to the accomodation. View of Fuji was majestic and the facilities at the apartment were top notch. Need better English instructions to use the foot bath and the projector. A room guide would be very useful as the portal doesn’t have all information required
