They even help me get my lost passport from the airport by traducing and giving the airport staff the correct mailing address of the hotel. The rooms are big enough for two people. "Staff was very courteous and friendly. Hotel is very convenient to rail station and shopping choices. Lots of food places around. Only a few train rides from just about anywhere in Tokyo. 5,000 yen lasted us almost a week using trains/buses daily. Rooms aren’t large but it is as advertised good for a couple but too small for more comfortably. Would stay again if I go back over. "
