Food could have been better. Breakfast was not as hot as it could/ should have been.
Best service ever and food was amazing!!
Could use a bigger new plane for international flight YVR NARITA
Every though it's a short flight, I still impressed for the great Japanese hospitality services.....
It is a basic commuter flight (older plane with no entertainment), but crew was competent. The food was cold and not appealing.
ANA is outstanding airline. With a tropical storm raging in Okinawa we only had a 20 min delay.
Great staff, smiling, good customer service, quick and efficient.
Fast and efficient boarding, very friendly and helpful crew.
Fées for luggage very extensive when you are over 15kg
Entertainment system/WiFi SUCKS! Dropped numerous times. Extremely frustrating.
