The staff was incredibly helpful, sending lots of information in advance and arranging taxi service from the train station. The house itself is historic and in an awesome location, close to many of the temples, Gion, restaurants, metros, grocery store, and bus stops. The neighborhood was quiet and the house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I would definitely come back.
