Lovely traditional ryokan. Great service and friendly staff. Great location in Gion, close to major tourist spot.
A hotel with good facilities, very friendly and helpful staff in an excellent location to visit sights.
Hostesses were very polite and professional. Most spoke at least some English (with a couple of them very fluent) so it was not difficult to communicate with the staff. We came for a nice place to stay/relax and great Kaiseki and was not disappointed!
Super nice hotel tuck in an alley. 4 minute walking distance from the train station which really makes this hotel location accessible if you are travelling from Tokyo station or Osaka Airport with luggages. Design and layout of the room and bed is great, giving you additional space within the room, ...
This hotel is handy for tourist shops/ department stores as well as the treasures of the Gion and Higashiyama districts. Room was small but adequate and well cared for.
Very clean and new hotel, friendly staff and close to station. Highly recommend.
Close to every transportation and famous spots Very nice and well trained staffs Good price and wonderful memories in Kyoto
This hotel is nice. Staff is graceful, helpful. Breakfast was good, plenty of choices and good quality. A ten minute taxi drive from downtown and from Kyoto Station.
The location was very good. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Easy access to all attractions. Maybe the only small (very small) complaint was that there were no bike rental shops nearby.
