Hostesses were very polite and professional. Most spoke at least some English (with a couple of them very fluent) so it was not difficult to communicate with the staff. We came for a nice place to stay/relax and great Kaiseki and was not disappointed!
Great idea for a hote would be great for solo travelers. In a good location, modern and clean and safe. Good communal area.

Clean and neat guest room, efficiently designed bathroom, nice hotel staffs and great location in Kyoto. It was a great choice and staying at Cross Hotel in Kyoto.
I like the friendliness of every stuff, they were very polite and helpful.
The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Great proximity to the shops, and train station.
All good except the bathroom which is a bit high for some people to go in especially the kids and the elderly. Suggest provision of complimentary coffee to hotel guests. Big thanks to the trainee 朴 and his supervisor for their great help in arranging luggage delivery.
