« Grand appartement avec 4 grands lits superposés, très propre, bien équipé (sauf le frigo un peu petit si vous faites des courses) , nous avions une vue magnifique sur le temple en face de l'hôtel, conforme aux photos, possibilité de louer gratuitement des ustensiles de cuisine supplémentaires, des jeux ...à l'accueil ; à 5mn à pied de la gare de Kyoto (trains et bus) personnel fait le job, bouteilles d'eau à l'arrivée, petit bémol : hébergement un peu cher ! »

« We had a great time! Beautiful room with great amenities! Onsen in balcony was the best thing. Room service was on point and all the staff were very attentive and very very nice! On the way back home on a rainy day one of the female staff kindly came outside and helped me carry suit case in taxi. She kindly told me to get in the car first because it’s raining and she said she will take care of suit case. I am very pleased with this Omotenashi service and I have so much respect and appreciation....

"La propreté des chambres était parfaite. La dimension des chambres était parfaite pour 4 (4 lits pour 2 adultes et 2 ados) Le déjeuner buffet était excellent (japonais et américain). Le spa (onsen/bains) était exceptionnel, ce qui a rendu notre séjour mémorable. Kimonos et pantouffles fournies. Les installations du spa sont récentes, propres, et commodités fournies (shampoing, revitalisant, savons, crème hydratante, soins du visage, etc. Cela terminait la journée de façon vraiment agréable et relaxante! Accessibilité facile avec la gare à côté. "
