"We really liked the property itself. The pool is amazing, and the bar area is nice. Staff is friendly. We did have some issues with the cleanliness of the room. We originally booked a standard room. Upon arrival, the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. We asked the staff to please clean it while we were out for lunch. We came back two and a half hours later and it still was not clean. "This is the 3rd time booking this hotel, it’s clean and rooms are spacious. It had a wired smell in the room so I had to spray some perfume but all good at the end. Beds are comfortable and clean. I found that the front desk employees don’t really give you eye contact when passing them or a hello which you feel not welcomed or even asked me how was my stay when checking out. Wish they had more options for breakfast especially someone who can’t have dairy products. No options like almond milk or...
