"Wonderful staff everywhere where at the resort"

"Everything is beautiful and good except all those Palestinian protests outside screaming and yelling all day with drums they don't let you sleep. And they attacking you Outside of the hotel with nonsense flyers "

"Due to unexpected flight delay I wasn’t able to reach the hotel at the time I expected to. I was expected to arrive at 3am so decided that I could crash at friends place instead of hotel. I contacted the hotel however they made no exceptions or waivers and I was charged for the full night. I’ve had two past expériences where myself or my friend had to request cancellation on exception basis and those 3 star hotels have been very helpful and understanding. Wasn’t expecting this from Fairmont."
