The hotel was VERY nice. Everything was exactly as it looked like in the picture. From the façade of the hotel, to the lobby. The staff was all very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The hotel has a perfect mix of modern with antique/original. I stayed in a corner room and the windows were magnificent. The shower had both a handle showerhead, and a rainfall shower, the pressure was delightful. Everything was clean and neat. I have only one thing to critique, though, and that's that it didn't have a desk or table top of some sort where I could place my laptop and work a bit since I was on a business trip. The common area on each floor, though, all have great places to do so if needed, so it doesn't take away any stars for me. The neighborhood was also very cool, it was my first time in Toronto, and the hotel and the neighborhood it's in are calling me back.
