My partner and I were there for one night! The host was communicative and the steps to access the building was easy. The unit we were in was right by the street so if you don’t like loud noises or you aren’t used to loud noises then I wouldn’t recommend but my partner and lived in the city and moved to another city, so the noise wasn’t an issue and we slept like rocks. I would prefer some stronger safety precautions but other than that, the space was great. The bed was super comfortable and the location was convenient for us! There was a small restaurant beside us, cannabis shop, coffee shops and even a market for last minute needs! We would come back 😌

We booked this "hotel" because of its proximity to Casa Loma, as we were attending a wedding. There is no desk, no check-in except a text to give you a code for the door. There is also no parking on-site. This presents a problem, as check-in is at 4 p.m., during which there is a no stopping by law out front of the building until 6 p.m. Upon entering the basement 2-queen suite, the first thing that hit me was the smell. It went beyond lived in. I couldn't identify it, but it was not pleasant. The suite itself was... not nice. - The walls had not been scrubbed, and were quite dirty. - About 5 feet from the door, were two water stained streaks, which were home to flies laying eggs. - There is serious water damage in spots along the baseboards - The floors were spongy and uneven, clearly not well done and now showing signs of wear. - The fridge was on a 10 degree angle due to the uneven floors - There were exposed water pipes, some of which were leaking. The hotel clearly knew this because there were rags catching drips - The blinds covering the windows were the wrong size, and did not cover entirely - Stained Furniture When I spoke to the property manager about the state of the room and the ticket I had received, they did offer to either move us or let us check out without being charged, but as we were at an event we did not have the option of leaving. I have not been refunded for the ticket I received that they offered to pay for. This place is a slum with nice beds.

Expérience mitigée , super communication avec la réception qui nous a changé notre logement car la première suite n’etait tout simplement pas insonorisée (on entendant les gens monter dans l’escalier, plancher du dessus qui grince, route très bruyante) , nous avons demandé à changer et nous avons pu bénéficier d’un autre logement. Globalement : complexe de studios récents (ouverture en juin 2024) mais finitions catastrophiques, portes d’entrée du logement avec un jour clairement visible (semblent avoir été forcées). Bref avis mitigé
