"Waited 45 min for the airport shuttle upon arrival despite calling twice and being told both times by the driver that he would be there in 5 minutes. After check in, the keys to my room did not work, had to go back down to get key reprogrammed, back up and still did not work. Exhausted after a long travel day, approaching midnight at this point. Front desk attendant came back up and said he needed to call maintenance due to door issue. Asked for room to be changed- I then waited longer, and was “upgraded” to a room that was supposedly larger but was close to the elevators. Throughout the night, all I heard was the dinging, opening and closing of the elevators and did not sleep. Walls in this hotel are paper thin, you can hear everything. Felt the front desk staff should know that this particular room would present a noise problem. It is not their first rodeo. Shared my experience with the manager the next day who offered me something from Starbucks, but really did not seem to care or take the issues seriously. There are so many other options for hotels near the airport, I would absolutely not recommend choosing this particular hotel. "

"Disappointed in the quality. Here for dance comp. Our room bed sheets were so thin they were see through. Room had a funky smell. Ceiling in bathroom peeling. Thursday when we checked in hallway by our room had popcorn al over and still there come Sunday. Any public bathrooms here were absolutely disgusting. I know dance events are busy with many visitors but no excuse for how disgusting they were. Too bad the venue itself isn’t bad. Well laid out and convenient location. Any staff interactions were pleasant and they were always very helpful."
