I recently stayed at the Old Mill Inn for a personal trip, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the Front Desk provided an easy check-in. The location is perfect, closest to my family new residence. The room was immaculate, spacious and elegantly decorated with a modem bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was the restaurant next door at the Old Mill Restaurant. It was excellent -- delicious, great service and friendly staff. Overall, my experience at the Old Mill was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city and wanting to be on the west side of Toronto for business or leisure. I will definitely be returning!

The grounds at the Old Mill were very nice. The staff, friendly and helpful as possible. Amenities were limited. There is a restaurant on-site, not run by the Inn. The food was greasy and the service slow. There were no other restaurant nearby. The room was ok with a very nice bed! Parking is across the street but it is a garage with charging stations. The only thing within walking distance was a canoe, kayak, paddle board rental … which was great fun.

The property itself is charming and classy. The staff could be more helpful; even if I weren't VIP I would have expected more helpfulness and cheerfulness with getting stamps (flat-out 'no') and recycling a cardboard box (a reluctant 'yes' with condescending look.) Staff at all levels generally do not look happy to be there.
