I loved my stay here last week for many reasons: 1) Value for the money--luxurious ambiance at low price. 2) Super friendly staff. Especially the concierge who called a taxi for me, and it came within 3 minutes. Next day they notified me when my tour van was coming up the driveway to the lobby. Amazing resort! We stayed here for 4 nights and I wish we had booked for longer. We arrived a couple hours before check in time, but we were advised that our room was ready! Variety of dining options, a cafe and bars. Our favorite was Takeshi and Kopai. Lots of available sun chairs, compared to other all inclusive resorts I’ve stayed at, no matter the time of day there was always a sun chair available. No one seemed to hog the chairs either, and staff is attentive at making sure that if a chair...

Beautiful property, has a lot of character, I loved the AC it was nice and cold, balcony was beautiful. However, no elevator only stairs (to carry out your bags). No offer for water and drinks. There is a lil shop you can buy some drinks.

This property was hard to find something wrong .Rooms were clean and spacious ,excellent dining options and the staff was amazing . I would come back in a heart beat. It was easy to navigate around the resort . The availability of seating under the umbrellas were awesome . Planning ro be back next year .

I enjoyed my stay and would book again!

Food was good, clean place, good customer service. The only thing that we didn’t like is to pay every time to sit next to the pool. When we booked we chose all inclusive, but it didn’t seem like it because we have to pay everyday to join the seat on the pool

No other words than excellent. The staff extremely attentive, the rooms were super comfortable, the air conditioner was great, kept humidity out completely. Even though the rooms have carpet, the rooms (and the whole building) smell beautiful. My only negative was the bathroom counter space, there was nowhere to put our toiletries without cluttering the counter, it has double sink making it very limited on where you can put the toiletries for three people. My husband and I recently stayed at Viento Suites for a week to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We could not have chosen a better place to stay! We are a young family of 4 with two children, ages 3 and 6 years old. We stayed at this property for 5 nights and 6 days during the first week of October. This Riu Caribe is one of the best in Rius as it has the parties by itself and lots of other programs. The staff were so polite and helpful. The hotel and rooms are so clean and the varieties of food is amazing. My friends and I really enjoyed and had a great time there

This resort delivers on the promise of a great party! While they do have a quiet pool for people to take a break, I can’t speak to it. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation - this is not the resort for you. The staff were very friendly and super attentive. I felt incredibly safe.
