Beautiful resort nice beach and pool. Best place for a relaxing time. Nice spa and very good food at all the restaurants.

Our experience was overall good. When we checked in the Front desk the man was very rude but the woman was very helpful. The bartenders and waiters were very good and attentive. The food was not very good I expected a better selection of food taste was not good. But the staff other than the check in person was great. Not sure if I will be staying at Royal Solaris again l, I have stayed at GR Caribe and it was better.

Great for large family traveling with kids. Amenities and food options were good and the beach area was safe and clean.

Modern amenities, clean swimming pools, good food. There was sea weed in the water and on the beach, hard to swim. But overall great experience. Would visit again.

The resort also offered a great selection of activities, so there was always something fun to do. Overall, this resort exceeded my expectations. Between the beautiful accommodations, amazing food and drinks, excellent staff, and great activities, I would highly recommend the Platinum Yucatan Princess to anyone visiting Cancun and would gladly stay here again.
