Great property and staff. As it being a 5star hotel I believe the gym should be much improved, as equipment is old and not enough. Also coffee service in the room can be better. Everything else quite right. Very convienient to have free parking

Safi is an exceptional place. The room was beautiful spacious and really clean. The staff was very helpful and nice. We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet was so delicious. We truly recommend for you to stay at Safi Metropolitan!

Great view from our room, San Pedro feels very safe and there are a lot of great views of both the mountains and the city scape. There were so many dining options with excellent food just walking distance.

The view from the outside is mesmerizing. As you enter, you’re greeted by staff and make you feel extremely welcome. The staff are very hospitable. I enjoyed the restaurant called Sky Bar. The food and night view was spectacular. I highly recommend it & make a reservation in advance using OpenTable.
