"The service was excellent, and every staff member at the hotel was very friendly. The room was very clean. The restaurant doesn’t have many options, but you can also go to The Royal Sands, which is acceptable. However, on one of the nights we stayed, the dinner menu was changed, and the food was absolutely amazing! The front desk staff, Diego and Vanessa (not sure if I got the name right), were wonderful—I really liked them! Our housekeeper, Carmen (her name was on the card left in the room), was also very dedicated. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for family travel. I look forward to staying here again!"
"The property was aweome as always. The buffet is always stocked beautifully. Drinks always ready but not strong (always order a shot with tour drink) if you take a taxi to the local shopping area, expect to pay around $23 there and $ $23 back (at least $50) or take a $1 bus ride (non air conditioning) there and back. Other than that, we thoughly enjoyed the property and all its offerings. Worth the reservation!!!!!"
"I had a nice time! If you go there with the expectations that the property is a little older and the rooms are basic you will be satisfied. I am glad I didnt up upgrading to the ocean view because I dont think it'd be worth it.
