But this was bottom of the barrel. Upon arrival, we looked for the parking that was promise with our booking, went to front desk to ask about the parking. I was greeted with attitude and dirty looks, then the man proceeded to tell me that the parking was full and we needed to pay $20 to park 2 streets down everytime we left the lot. That was a hassle on its own. When we arrived to the room, everything seemed to be in order, until we checked the bed and saw the sheets were not even on properly, the mattress cover was sticking out of the sheets and had a stain on it. We have to put on fresh sheets ourselves. We went to look for the bar and restaurant that was listed with the amenities, and it was fully closed for renovations which is not listed anywhere online or mentioned upon arrival. If you plan on staying here and you have low expectations, lower them. The gym room is nice and modern, and the pool is super nice. The only thing we hated was the heat control! The room was super hot!! The controller is very old, we pulled the temp down to the minimum but the room stayed so hot! We slept with the windows open, which wasnt very convenient with the busy street downstairs, and the staff had to send us a fan but still we were not able to have a good sleep. Such a shame, if only this part was fixed, I would give them 5 stars overall!!"
