4.2/5 Very Good! (964 reviews)
"Big apartment. Everything was good except : 1. The bathroom door would not close. It was too big for the opening. 2. The TV volume in the living area was too low. Even at max setting (40), the volume was too low to hear properly if the A/C was running."

"I had a great stay here - the rooms were clean, modern, and well lit. The staff were great, and the room service robot was awesome. Great location for when you’re on business and the gym was the best hotel gym I’ve used before."

"Lelux Hotel was referred to us by our friends. It didn’t disappoint from our friendly welcome we received to enjoying our comfortable spacious room. Our sons enjoyed the decor of the hotel. As well we all enjoyed walking around everywhere as the metro was right next door and so many restaurants to choose from in the area. We highly recommend this hotel for its location and its friendly service!!"
"I'm surprise of the negative reviews I saw for this property, the staff was nice, and I mean everyone we encountered. The lobby was spacious, modern and clean. 3 elevators so very little wait to get moving up and down the building.
The room while small in comparison to any room I've ever stayed, served it's purpose. TV worked, shower had steaming hot water, sink and toilet were fine. Desk, drawers for clothes, place to hang clothes, jackets and hats. Charging station. AC worked perfectly.
The light situation could be better, there is no overhead lamp only the ones next to the bed so room is a bit dim. Other than that the room is perfectly fine for the price, location and purpose."
