The staff was great. Very clean and quiet room. The doorman/bellman were all great at their jobs......however the arrival experience is lackluster....clearly missing were the details you'd expect (like flowers etc). Just having one person at the lower level is a big ask to achieve a central takeaway from a 5 star hotel. I would certainly recommend this hotel. Thanks for a great stay.

Absolutely amazing stay! Our room was exceptional - very clean and a beautiful design. Service was top notch. My only complaint was that the indoor pool was a little too cold to fully enjoy.
