Clean but nothing overly special. Felt almost like a budget hotel. Coffee and towels were not replenished after first nights stay. Customer service was polite but by no means extraordinary or what you would expect from any other chain.
This was a great location for staying close to the Bell Centre to walk to the game. The hotel, staff and surroundings are great. The $30 per night parking for guests of the hotel is outrageous when you consider the already high taxes charged and added to your room fee.

Had a good stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful
Overall it was a good experience, however the reception was not ready when we arrived as we had to wait in line for over 20 minutes because too many people arrived at once. The parking was full and it seems that some people who reserved in advance did not even have a spot reserved for them...
