This was my 10th stay at the hotel. Everytime to Montreal, clean, quiet, great parking, albeit you need to pay. Close to the Metro and walkable to downtown. Quick check in. Used the pool, super . Renos to the rooms, especially the bathrooms are great. Oh, and very comfortable beds, new ac andbheat.

Nice, comfortable hotel. Took a bus directly from the airport and had to walk only a couple of blocks. Front desk staff was not particularly helpful, but the location is GREAT, with plenty of dining options and ease of transportation. Would stay here again.

The beds and pillows were horrible, we were up all night because we were so uncomfortable. Half the hotel is run down and dated. The restaurant is the opposite side of the hotel. The breakfast was great.

I had to come to Montreal for a medical appointment and I was super impressed with this hotel. In fact I was so impressed with the service I received from Melody at the front desk that I booked another room a few days later when I had to come back for my next appointment. Melody again helped me at the front desk during my second visit and her service was the best hotel experience I can remember. I will definitely keep rebooking at this same hotel whenever I come to Montreal in the future. I also appreciated the location a lot. It was within a 15 minute drive of all my medical appointments and a 10 minute walk from some amazing restaurants. Thanks again to all the staff for a fabulous stay. Having stayed at a myriad of hotels up to and including 5 stars, this is by far the best I have had the joy of staying at.

Staff was pleasant, but I had some problems fixing room issues (coffee maker, temperature in room) and was not given full info (wifi password, code to get in pool). Pool is a bit distant and awkward to get to.

King bed studio room was spacious, quiet, and clean but decor was a little outdated. Corridors and elevators always had a musky or bad smell. Breakfast was good with a good variety but no other meals were available with the restaurant closed the rest of the day. There was food available 5 minutes away on St. Catherine Street but it wasn't the greatest part of St. Catharine's with many street bums and bad garbage smells. Overall, my stay was okay but I would not stay there again.

Hello fellow Travellers, Excellent location, only a 5 minute walk to two different metro (subway) stations. Only a 2 minute walk to Ste Catherine, the main shopping and eating district. And yet, it is very quiet and safe near the hotel on Rue Rene Levesque at night time. Underground parking was better than expected: if you can park at any modern downtown condominium you will find it easy enough here. They also lend you a steering wheel "club" to help deter auto theft, and the underground is brightly lit. The outdoor pool is tiny: shared with an apartment building next door, and meant really just for toddlers. The exercise room is excellent, with modern equipment. Really good to have a small fridge and an actual microwave in the room, especially since there is an Asian grocery store just 3 minutes away that also has a take out counter with excellent fried noodles/rice/general tao chicken/veggies.
