The hotel is very pretty and cozy, the staff were extremely nice! Especially at the front desk, however we had a few issues with our stay: We immediately ran out of soap in the shower, which was never replaced, nor was the small bar of soap we used instead. The extraction fan in the bathroom didn't, so even a quick shower turned the room into a sauna which took hours to dehumidify. We mentioned this issue twice, but it wasn't resolved during our stay. The room itself was right next to a staff room/storage closet with thin walls. We were woken up daily by 8am We requested a time for the valet to bring our car around, but the wrong vehicle was delivered. We waited another 10 minutes for our actual car My partner and I really wanted to love this hotel, the location was great and it's extremely cute. We'd hoped it would become our annual place, but I'm sad to say we'll be seeking different accomodations next year

The property was moderate. Pros: Property was in a nice location. Good Breakfast. Cons: Not much of response from staff. Property was old. Felt the room was quite small. Poor response from staff. Even after multiple calls they did not send any staffs to replace garbage cans with covers and send me water bottles. High Cost when compared to quality.

The property is old but maintained. The furniture in dated - rather than bringing the classic vibe the furniture paints a different picture i.e. it needs to be replaced. The room was too small - the pictures on the website have been taken very smartly and tactfully but the reality is different.

The room was in a basement with zero direct sunlight; there was a bug in the shower (also weird shower design where it's unclear how to turn on the handheld showerhead). Quaint, location was good, staff was nice, cost is okay except for these issues: Dated, no elevator and all the steps are steep; if I had known I wouldn’t have booked this for a person with mobility issues. No secure keyed entrance from outside for first floor. A staff member told everyone to leave their wet towels in the hallways, which are narrow; who wants to walk through that?

Good, well maintained property. The room was comfortable, however the air conditioning wasn't working well. We asked for a portable fan and the staff provided that to us promptly, which was really nice of them! Breakfast was decent, and valet service was good. Overall, we had a nice stay.
