Very nice hotel! I love the old building and all the architecture. It’s located in a great area. Close to great restaurants but is a little far from old Montreal. But the subway was useful to get around faster.

This property does not match Expedia’s description of it. It’s has been given a coat of lipstick but needs lots of work. Staff are not well trained. We asked for a different room as the temperature was over 32c in our room and she didn’t know what to do. After calling the manager we were moved across the street to another Titan property. This property and staff were amazing. Thank you. Stay at the Hotel Sens.

Like: Quiet, safe DID NOT LIKE: At Arrival room was not ready, I am an aeroplan frequent traveller, and they never mentioned that they are part of the program, until last day but they did not want to provide my travel number as " it was too late". Dusty room, 2 people 1 bathrobe had to ask and wait for 45 min to get one, I had a VIP service and I had nothing provided until I complained and service was provided, service overall is sub-optimal. Parking is very limited and exorbitant price for less than 24hours at 38$/ night, No staff at reception after a certain hour, try to call reception from the room, it does NOT work, breakfast starts at 7AM, and limited space to sit, for check out no staff at reception until 7AM , I had to cross the street to the Sens Hotel to do my check out, I left the Hotel at 6:30 Am and no breakfast that I paid for. A real disappointment all the way, my first and last time at his "exclusive" Boutique Hotel, I do not recommend at all.
