Very convenient location, 3 blocks to the Hop-on Hop-off bus station, Large rooms, very clean, full kitchen, good bed and sofa bed. Very good breakfast, hot or cold food. Check-in was fast and a friendly staff member let us use the room at 9 AM instead of the 4 PM check-in since we arrived early from a cruise ship. Very pleasant experience, highly recommended.

Lots of construction going on street. Block the road and not easy for loading and unloading luggage. Terrible parking issue on check in time

Since COVID the staff do not attend the rooms and make the bed and clean the bathroom. They should get with the times and clean the rooms every day of your visit

Not my first time staying at a Residence Inn and I chose it precisely for its in-suite kitchen but I didn't get to use the kitchen much because there's no decent supermarkets around the property. Overall the room was comfortable, but my main issue is the elevators. 3 elevators but only two were working and they were TINY! Spent many minutes waiting for the elevator to be empty enough to get in while it was going in the direction I was going in. Dining area is tiny as well and no real way to at least take my breakfast upstairs to eat at my leisure!

A great property for get around the city. Clean, safe and in the heart of the city. Loads of optional travel routes and the staff are happy, quick to help. The room itself is a great size, and convenient with great city centre views.
