The best experience I never had at an hotel. Thank you for all the people working there making sure we feel like we are family.
Very centrally located. Walking distance to most attractions, retail outlets and fine dining.
The suite is huge amd the full size kitchen really comes in handy with kids. Its spacious so a family of 5 is not all over each other. This is pur second time staying here and we would stay here again.
Location is perfect and the rooms are very comfortable and elegant
it was nice hotel for us to stay. Children love it and the area is very convinient for walking and visiting downtown
The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and fully bilingual . The suite was large and clean. The on-site restaurant was very good at reasonable prices. We loved that the hotel was very centrally located so we were able to walk to many locations. Would definitely stay there again.
Outdoor heated pool was nice, hotel "store" only took cash and was extremely expensive, not overly practical.
A great spot with super nice staff right downtown. We will be back!!!
Location was perfect for our plans. Visited a number of restaurants. Metro was handy and easy to use. First contact was with one of the doormen who all treated you as a returning friend. All service people were friendly courteous and professional in their duties.
