Great location! Walking distance to just about everything. One block from the Eaton Centre. Staff was friendly and our room was clean. Parking was separate but only at a building across the street with unfortunately no in and out privileges. Would stay there again.

absolutley no security or anyone at the front desk in the morning...you didn't even need to use the key to operate the elevator. Anyone off the street can enter and wander around in this ghost-town like hotel. So surprised this is a Renaissance hotel!

The rooms are so dark. For some reason this hotel has not invested in lighting so the rooms are incredibly dark and dreary. Feels like you're in a dungeon. There is just one small lamp next to the bed, and one small lamp in the living room. I can't even comment on cleanliness or anything else because I was living in the dark for days.
