Asked for adjoining rooms as King 2 Queen sized beds. Gave us 2 King rooms instead. ( reservation made 6 weeks ahead ) 1 room had a lingering musty smell in bathroom. Overall was pleased with stay.

Had 2 be switched between 3 different rooms, 1 room was dirty and had a whole box of condom in it, 2nd room our stove didnt work and I paid for a work kitchenette, finally got switched to our final room and it was ok.. Def not worth 500 for 2 nights.. I wouldnt recommend this place at all.. The Staff were friendly and helpful but the rest was terrible.. Breakfast was horrible def not worth the 25 they charge per person...

Nice, clean, simple hotel. Nothing super fancy but good enough for our stay! Everything in our room was fairly clean! Only complaint would be the pillows, those were uncomfortable for us. We did love that there is a sliding screen where the window is so you can block out the sun!

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very kind and professional! The only thing that I would like (and this is just me) would be fresh coffee in the lobby in the morning. That would be amazing! Although there is a coffee machine in the room - It's recommended to avoid hotel coffee machines due to them being the ideal environment for germs and bacteria to grow. The reservoirs of the machine are moist and dark, which is exactly what mold needs to grow. It's difficult to trust that these are cleaned daily, with new cloths that touch only the reservoirs. It could be a health hazard. Montreal is not super easy to navigate and the fresh coffee in the lobby would be amazing for your guest!

They have an EV charger on site for electric cars, and Tesla's fast charging station is nearby. The beds and bedsheets were very comfortable for a good night's sleep. A metro station was a few minutes walk away, which got us all around downtown and old Montreal. It is a 3-star hotel, so I didn't expect top-of-the-line finishes, but the place and bathroom floors need to be cleaned better.

Great location, good price, great shower, nice to have a pool! Cleaning staff were lovely and friendly and helpful! Puzzled as to why a seasonal pool in a city as hot as Montreal is heated?? It was relaxing, but not refreshing during a heat wave. I wouldn’t wish the sofa bed on my worst enemy and what they call a “queen bed” is really a large double. Otherwise, it was fine for our purposes but would choose King Bed next time and no sofa bed.
