There were molds in the washroom, carpets were wet on several places, damp smell in the room, lots of patch work almost everywhere in the room. Would not recommend for the price.

We got this hotel because it was close to the airport, it was nice but we didn’t like the bathrooms , small and not the lighting in there was bad . But overall if you are looking for a clean hotel which is close to the airport this is a good choice .

Je n’ai pas aimé arriver à l’hôtel et devoir attendre à l’accueil pendant 5 min., puisqu’il n’y avait personne. Aucune explication n’a été donné pour le petit-déjeuner et la chambre était glaciale (air climatisé bcp trop forte). L’hôtel est vieux et l’extérieur n’est pas du tout invitant.

The room smelled like industrial cleaner. Smelt like a crime scene unit just left. The property needs some TLC. My girlfriend will never let me pick the hotel again!

Didn’t expected this from Expedia. I have heavily relied on Expedia and the properties and services listed. But this booking was a huge disappointment. The corridor and room carpet was dirty. The bathroom was not clean too. The bed was broken and had a quinchy sound. The outside of the property was still under construction and not as per pictures.

Good location for someone not needing to get downtown. We were visiting 3 different families in the same general area near the hotel. One night in the hotel, then back to Ontario the next day. Close to the airport & highway. Rooms are nice but the bathrooms are pretty sad looking. Entry doors are very loud. Bathroom fan is very loud.

Was handy as a quick stop over for the airport and did what we paid for. Would note that with the hotel being located in an Industrial area, there are not many options for dining or having a drink near by, the hotel options where closed when we where there.

Terrible room service. They missed the service day, and when I called the reception around 3pm to ask for a room clean-up, they just said that the cleaning staff was gone for the day and there is nothing they can do. They asked if there is a good time for them to clean the room the next day, I said 10:30am, but when we came back around noon, it was still not done. I had to call again the reception to remind them, and that was the first service we got after 3 nights. Also, after that service, they didn't change the kleenex box, which had 2 sheets left into it, and didn't provide another toilet paper roll when more than half of it was gone.
