Location was great and we spent much time sitting in the Place d’Armes and enjoying the buskers. Very walkable to port and attractions. Enjoyed the hotel French bistro as well as the Japanese restaurant. Room was very good sized and bed comfortable.

Parking was provided by the valet. They have great food and beverage options as well as surrounding places to eat and drink. The staff was most amenable and we felt welcomed there. A great location and stay!

The room was in the first building of the hotel which I would assume was the oldest and little on the worn side. Mattress should be replaced as they have started to sag. Otherwise the hotel was clean, the washroom seemed renovated and the location was definitely the highlight.

Beautiful property in Old Montréal. We were a little surprised by a staff member about to let another guest into our room because their key wouldn’t work. It was the wrong room but the staff member was going to use her card to let them in. I wish there had been tea in addition to the coffee in the room. Otherwise a lovely stay.

It would have been helpful to be told there was a nightclub across the street that was open until 3:00am. And a very loud crowd outside for quite a while afterwards. It was so loud, sleep was impossible. So while the hotel was nice, sleeping was a disaster.

Rooms facing the nightclub across the street from the 3rd building are an issue. The Hotel was able to move us and was very helpful. (Apparently city won’t do anything about the nightclub noise)
