We did enjoy our stay at Zero 1. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the locatiin was excellent. Walking didtance to most everything, including the metro if you want to go farther. The hotel itself is a bit outdated. A rather small double bed instead of queen or king size, exremely small shower and the bathroom itself was located poorly, but, I doubt that could be helped. The room had excellent views from 3 side which made it worth the other shortcomings. I would definately recommend it, but it could be updated some. Still, we enjoyed it very much!

Loved the location! Easy check-in / check-out. Room was very clean and the view was gorgeous. Saw some guests on the terrace which looked lovely, but we didn’t get a chance to explore it. The lobby is very elegant. My friend had an issue with the bathroom sliding door getting locked in the middle of the night. But conceirge helped with a credit card trick. Multiple bus stops right around the corner. The metro station is in walkable distance.

Nice rooms, clean. Staff did not tell us that valet parking stops at 11pm, unfortunately we had to find parking when we arrived at 11.15pm. It should have been explained when we checked in. Location is convenient but now surrounded by homeless. Overall, good quality for price paid.

The area of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of everything, china town old Montreal and downtown Montreal, and the metro were walking distance from the hotel, there’s a mall not to far from the hotel came in very handy about a 5 minute walk away. reception was friendly and very accommodating, the only negative thing I have to say is that there is a lot of transient people around the hotel but they personally didn’t cause any issues.

It is a nice location, cross street from China town, but you can see hotel is aging and room smaller. The staffs are good only once I asked to get my car and 15 mins later the staff didn't leave yet, end up we went to the garage with him. The shower is much small and I have hard time to turn around to avoid the water out from shower. AC no control with temp, whole night on or off not confirmable to sleep and fan noise too. Buffet not many choices. Not easy to parking if you are driving to there, we have to call the reception to confirm if we can park on side street before check in.

I booked a 4 night stay for work and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. I needed a clean, comfortable room near where I was working and was not disappointed for the price. The staff was especially kind and helpful, even the maintenance staff was cheery and friendly. There were some things that could’ve been improved but overall I enjoyed my stay and it met my expectations.
