Our son had his bracelet fall off in the pool 24th after getting there and it’s an $80 charge. We hassled them everyday to not charge us because it’s obviously not his fault, upon checkout we got it cut to $40\. FYI my own bracelet also fell off at night just in my room when I was doing nothing at all. An adult lost bracelet may cost way more, so consider adding your own tape or taping it to another bracelet so it doesn’t come off. Only the double alligator slide is open, and it’s pretty aggressive so smaller kids won’t like it. Everything else was pretty great, the food was good and service too. The beach is mint.
