"Yes, cleaned room every day. Staff was wonderful. Adult pool was my favorite place. Only problem was kids in the adult pool claiming they paid the adult price."

"The shampoo and lotion were rancid, not fresh, furniture one leg was loose . The safe box was not working. As an rbnb I expected the basic in the kitchen like salt pepper sugar and some coffee . Aside that everything else was good 👍"

"Elevator didn't work which was tough for people staying on the bottom floor. Tough for luggage and just going up and down to the pool area. Jacuzzi jets didn't work either. "

"The room was lovely. Views superb, quiet, apart from a bit of traffic. However, we couldn’t use our credit card to check in, had to use cash. We weren’t the only guests this happened to. They xanclled our last 2 nights, with a week’s notice and offered no compensation. We later learned everyone had been cancelled to accommodate a wedding..surely they knew about this more than a week ahead! The advertised airport shuttle did not exist. Neither did the advertised coffee machine in the room, although there was a large communal kitchen . Would not recommend this hotel, except for the wonderful location and good pools."

"Host was very responsive. Quick walk to the beach. Town is adorable with lots of great food options. The botanical gardens are a bus ride away. We had a great stay!"

"Check in was difficult! Over paid, arguing to get day back. Nobody speaks English, unorganized. Finally got to room. The resort is under major construction. Welding and grinding all day first week. Regular construction for next week. What’s not under construction needs work! No plugs work by pool. Half the light bulbs work in villa. Hot tub - warm no bubbles. Pool freezing cold. NO food or drinks available first week. There is not a spa there. You can call a number for massages. No staff to assist you if needed. "
