"Everything was amazing. The food: we ate at all 3 of the restaurants on the property as well as Hiroshi. The spa was great. We participated in the Hydro therapy followed by a 50 minute massage. 2 employees that stood out were Ronnie by the poolside. He was very friendly, helpful and checked in with me daily. "Second time here. Pros — Staff that made our stay awesome!: Apolonia, Aldo, Jiovanny, Oscar, Edgar, Jesús F.; Oswaldo D (and he is in his first month there!). Loved Alonso’s poolside Spanish lesson. Food is fairly consistent in the buffet. Enjoyed the Italian alacarte most. Cons - Spa treatment was lovely but not pleased it was credit card only for paying. Adult pool was great most of the time… but loud kids ended up in it often. Also no enforcement of smokers outside smoking area and butts left...
