We returned to the Opus after a stay back in 2017, and we would definitely return again if/ when we visit Vancouver. The hotel is fantastic, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Excellent transport links also. The only disappointment was - despite giving notice - there were no options for us as vegans at breakfast, so we had to eat away from the hotel despite having breakfast included in our room rate.

What a treat! Upon check in we were met with the most pleasant front desk staff. My daughter and I were on a girl weekend and they offered a yummy welcome drink. Everything about our stay was superb, we will stay at the Opus again. 10 stars!

Exceptional helpful and friendly Staff throughout the Hotel. especially the "how can I help you" Front Desk - at any hour!! Top class Italian Dining-Room with wonderful Service. Excellent Room Facilities. And you can get everywhere easily from here - much by walking. OPUS HOTEL in YALETOWN is magnificent and complete place to stay. A gem in a "bloody good city" (as we Australiians say).

From the booking to check-out, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Best check-in experience I've ever had anywhere I stayed. The only thing I would want to mention is that the sliding door in the garden suite I had was off it's tracks and hard to open and close. Other than thay, an excellent stay and the bed was super comfy!!! Thank-you!
