"This was a trip for my son’s 7th birthday. He is neurodivergent, so it was great to be at a water park that wasn’t crazy busy. The room was spacious. The only thing that would have made to room better was the kitchenette having utensils, dish soap and dish towels. The towels in the bathroom were not adult sized."

"We really enjoyed our stay here at The Oakes Hotel. The room was clean and spacious, the view of the falls from the premium falls room was amazing!! We did wish that breakfast would have been provided, and we thought the $50 daily parking fee at the hotel was rather high for paying guests. "
