The website clearly states that kids 11 and under eat free with a staying adult guest when dining in the restaurant with a regular order. I did confirm this with the front desk and received confirmation. However, the restaurant refused to honor the promotion and stated, “we don’t have that service,” without any explanation or attempt to resolve the issue. This is misleading for families and unacceptable. The promotion should either be honored as advertised or clearly corrected on all official channels. "
