"The staff was friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Can't comment on the pillows, as I brought my own. Being so close to the lake was a bonus. The breakfast, which was included, was very good. I would definitely recommend the Waterfront Hotel in Burlington to my friends and family."

"Even though the elevators were not working (waiting for a part), the front desk staff was very accommodating and took our luggage up to the third floor. The hotel is being renovated and will be very clean/modern. Good stay, no complaints at all."
