« Very friendly staff and well educated on customer service. The young lady who greeted us was very helpful when we asked for direction. Our room was extremely comfortable and clean. My fault, I did book this place without looking on a map. So the proximity to dt Puerto Morelos was more of a short drive instead of a walk. Oh well, we still enjoyed our stay! P.S. our bed was super comfy💗 »

« the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up. »

« Clean room , globally nice hotel . Bedding and cushion are hard . Very remote location in Tulum , taxi is expensive and coming with your card is at your own risk ( soil road with lot of holes and no light in the jungle). Be advised you will have power outage that will stay all night long and the hotel will denied any responsibility so no gesture or reimbursement when you don’t sleep all night ( loud generator noise and no AC or WiFi/light).
