Good place and people

Spacious rooms with great amenities and within easy walks of all the stores and restaurants I wanted to visit. It's far enough away from the main street that it's relatively quiet. My room had a full kitchen and they made sure I always had plenty of drinking water.

Great

Great place. The only thing is sometimes during late hours there is no front desk, but you will have a key to enter. The location is pretty good. Hot water, no problems with toilet.

Smooth check in. They let us access the room before 3pm. Friendly staff, helpful and professional. The place was immaculate and bright. Did not manage to get the TV to work

Great space in a great location.

A refreshing and nicely styled place to stay in Tulum. The rooftop is a great space to lounge around and enjoy the sunset. Overall a good location easily walkable to everything. The complimentary breakfast basket is a great touch, and the staff were all easy going and helpful.

Foi um ótimo período. O hotel se destaca. Fomos em família. Com criança de 1 ano, tínhamos geladeira, fogão, microondas e todas condições de bons cuidados. Ar condicionado e ventilador, berço para bebê. Apenas o chuveiro tinha baixa pressão de saída da água. Além disso nos confundimos um pouco com a água que poderia ou não ser consumida. O melhor é comprar água e levar para o hotel para evitar problemas maiores. Estacionamento é na rua, eum frente ao hotel. Netflix disponível mas pela noite pode ser mais devagar. Ótima recepção é bom café da manhã no quarto.

Perfect!

The suite was very large with two master bedrooms. It is very recent, everything is modern and in good condition. The service is very personalized and friendly. The location is perfect, Just one block away from all shpos and restaurants. I highly recommend the hotel. We had a very pleasant stay.

Vacaciones en Tulum

Muy buena opción de alojamiento en Tulum para familias, los cuartos están muy limpios y cómodos así como las instalaciones del pequeño edificio, cuentan con cocinetas, refrigerador, etc. Ubicado en el centro de tulum. los muebles son relativamente nuevos.

Friendly and convenient hotel

メキシコは初めてでしたが、ここのホテルで一気に安心しました。 Ado Busのバスターミナルからスーツケースを引いて徒歩で行けます。 クッキングスクールやレンタルサイクル、地元のおすすめを教えてくれたり、予約してくれたりします。 スタッフはみなさんとても親切です。たまに英語は通じない方もいますが、笑顔はすてきです。 近くのスーパーマーケットまでは、タクシーを使っても日本ではバス程度の値段の場所にあります。 近所にクラブでもあるのか、屋上のプールに出ると音楽が聞こえますが基本静かです。 とてもおすすめです。

Best hotel in Tulum town by far!!!

Amazingly comfortable, quiet and well equipped boutique hotel in central Tulum town. Walking distance to everything in town and a short ride to the beaches, ruins and many cenotes. The rooms feature everything you will need to comfortably enjoy your stay and the rooftop sitting pools are the perfect place to cool down and enjoy a drink after a hot day. Definitely recommend!

Lovely stay two blocks from Tulum center!

Loved loved loved this hotel. I actually booked last minute after having some trouble with my other accommodation (it did not have a/c) and was pleasantly surprised with how accommodating the ladies at the front desk were for me! I was very impressed with the room itself. Clean, comfortable bed, hot water, fully equipped kitchen, good wifi and cute little rooftop! I didn't use the tv at all since I was out and about but they did have Netflix available. It was so nice to come back to this cute hotel and spacious cool room after a long day in the sun. Also there are so many yummy restaurants nearby and I felt very safe as a female traveling solo! I highly recommend it and will be back:)

Nice and highly recommend

The room is so nice, the best place of this trip, even better than Marriot. It is clean and felt like home, quiet, easy access. They provide clean water for both drinking and teeth-brushing, snacks, coffee, fresh flower, and all the stuffs you need in the kitchen, and the lovely customized tips for guests. We should stay here for at least one week! The wifi is fast speed and the rooms are bright. People there are very nice and helpful. We did not add photos, but the photo in the website is true and as beautiful as the real ones.

Charmigt hotell med god service!

Jättefint hotell! Vi bodde i en 2-rumslägenhet, som var väldigt rymlig. Personalen var bra och gjorde allt för att vistelsen i tulum skulle bli så bra som möjligt. Små detaljer som höjde betyget var exempelvis att lägenheten var utrustad med snacks, popcorn, varsin öl och varsin cola när vi checkade in. Man fick strandhandukar i en lite väska att ha med till stranden och alltid då och då stod där en bukett med blommor i en vas då vi kom hem från stranden!

New hotel; a short walk to downtown

Everything is bright and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful in planning activities, calling taxis and making restaurant reservations. We had a full kitchen, living room and bedroom. Nice shower. Complimentary Coronas in the refrigerator after a long day of traveling brightwas a very nice touch! There is some local street noise-- vendors hawking their goods via bicycle and honking a little horn to get people to come out of their homes. Gentrification is in process. Across the street from this boutique hotel are cinder block houses with tin roofs. The neighborhood felt very safe, as long as you have some street smarts and stay on the main roads, there are always people about.

Very nice place

Very pleasant hotell and great staff. One day I complained a bit regarding some noisy construction going on in the building next door. The noise stopped and we got a bottle of sparkling by the staff. Very helpful recommending, restaurants, bars, visits to do and things to see. Very few guests so the top roof terrace felt like our own.
