The worst part was a breakfast! The choice of food was really bad and all together it was just really horrible. And by 9 am it was no yogurts left at all. The staff is not replenishing any missing items and it seems that nobody is watching the breakfast area at all. Another thing: I have never seen that bottled water in mini fridges was not complimentary for the guests. The room was way too badly designed and not comfortable to move around at all. It was no tea bag available, just 3 coffee bags. And the absolutely worst thing was the air condition unit so noizy and blowing directly to the bed!!! The placement of this unit could not be worse!! The lighting in the bathroom was horrible: no way any lady could do any makeup there. The same with the room itself: too dark.

The staff allowed someone to double park and block us in so that when we tried to leave for the airport at 4:30 am we were blocked in and had to wait for them to find the owner of the other vehicle. The staff acted like it was our fault. Parking was very limited and does not appear to have sufficient parking for the number of rooms. We mainly booked it for the free parking and distance from JFK. Area around the hotel is very industrial and no restaurants within walking distance. At check in other guests rooms had been given away (admittedly by the staff) and they lost reservations for other guests leading to a chaotic lobby situation. I would not stay here again.
