Thank you very much for the stay, we really loved the hotel, the location, and the service. Everything was great. However, I would like to clarify something for the future to avoid any inconvenience. Since the rooftop and bar are accessible to outside visitors, it’s important that guests are given priority. One evening, I waited in line to order a couple of drinks and sat at the bar. I could have continued ordering drinks, but a staff member told me I had to stand in a long line again. Even though I’m a priority guest, I had no intention of skipping the line. The issue is, if I’m seated at the bar, I should continue to be served there without having to get up and stand in line again, especially when it’s not clear where to sit after. This led me to leave the bar and go elsewhere, as it didn’t make sense to wait in line again. That was a bit disappointing, especially since many of the people in line were non-guests coming in to visit the rooftop. This could definitely be improved. I understand the place was busy, but if this happens often, perhaps hiring more staff would help.
